We are one of the eight founding members of the Dormitory Association of Singapore Limited (DASL) who are working closely with relevant authorities to work out an accreditation scheme to ensure that dormitory are kept at a reasonable benchmark and standards in the industry.
We are also the Only Dormitory Management company in Singapore to achieve ISO certifications. Through years of experience, we have even managed to obtain ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18000 and ISO 14001:2004.

(WSH) in enterprises through the recognition of their safety efforts.
It requires the commitment of the enterprise’s top management to progressively enhance their WSH performance and efforts to ultimately establish an excellent WSH Management System.
BCA Green Mark is a green building rating system to evaluate a building for its environmental impact and performance. It is endorsed and supported by the National Environment Agency.
The assessment criteria cover the following key areas :

- Indoor Environmental Quality
- Other Green Features and Innovation
ISO 9001:2008 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization :
1) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
2) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
OHSAS 18000 is an international occupational health and safety management system specification. The specification is comprised of two parts, 18001 and 18002, and embraces BS 8800 and a number of other publications.
The standard follows the structure of ISO 14001, requiring top-level commitment to compliance with legislation, prevention of accidents, promotion of good health and continual improvement.
ISO 14001:2004 specifies requirements for an environmental management system to enable an organization to develop and implement a policy and objectives which take into account legal requirements and other requirements to which the organization subscribes, and information about significant environmental aspects.
